Dr. Mary Anne Fuchs and the Del Mar Aesthetic team work closely together to make you feel welcome and cared for. Our aesthetic nurse, Jessica is an expert in the field of facial rejuvenation, specializing in Botox®, Juvéderm®, Voluma®, Radiesse®, Dysport®, Sculptra®, and other facial sculpting treatments, as well as skin-tightening and skin-rejuvenating lasers. Jessica credits Dr. Fuchs, and the training she has received at Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic for her success and helping her develop an artistic eye in her approach to patient care. Our clinical team works closely with Victoria and Chelsea, our medical estheticians, to tailor our best clinical skin care product regimens and treatments for you. It’s all about helping you be your best you!
Mary Anne Fuchs, MD, FACEP
Medical Director – Founder
Dr. Fuchs loves working with other health-oriented men and women who want the way they face the world to reflect their inner health and vitality. Known for her artistic eye and gentle touch, Dr. Fuchs uses the latest non-surgical techniques and aesthetic technologies for natural looking, facial rejuvenation, all with minimal to no downtime. A graduate from UC Santa Barbara (Summa Cum Laude), she received her MD degree at UC Irvine. After a research fellowship at UCLA, Dr. Fuchs pursued specialty training in Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine at UCSD. A desire to be a more integral part of and make a difference in her own community, she opened one of San Diego’s first medical spas in 2004. In 2009, Dr. Fuchs founded Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic, with an intimate office in the neighborhood, bringing together a small, dedicated team of talented, highly trained clinicians and staff who all share her philosophy for understated, natural results.
Dr. Fuchs is a married mom of 2 college ages kids. She spends her free time enjoying family, art and design, tennis, dance and yoga.“

Audrey Roberts, PA-C, MPAP
Aesthetic Specialist
Audrey started her PA career working in Orthopedic care and trauma surgery. With her attention to detail and excellent bedside manner Audrey was nudged to put her skills to work in the field of Medical Aesthetics.
For the past two years Audrey has worked closely with some of the most accredited facial plastic surgeons in San Diego. She often attends advanced training hosted by Allergan and Galderma Pharmaceutical to better understand facial anatomy and how the use of aesthetic medicine can help her patients look and feel their best. Audrey provides customized treatments with subtle, natural results. Her attention to detail, genuine care, and naturally beautiful results make her an exceptional addition to our team.

In her downtime Audrey likes to stay active. She enjoys running, yoga, golf and reading. She enjoys chasing her rambunctious toddler around, and is enjoying every second of family time since the arrival of her new baby girl this past spring.
Jessica Valeri, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Jessica first came to San Diego as a traveling nurse 13 years ago, fell in love and has never left. She has focused most of her career in the field of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. A more recent addition to the Del Mar Aesthetic team, she has been trained personally by Dr. Fuchs in her approach to Botox and other injectable techniques. Jessica’s welcoming and cheerful personality make it easy for her clients to quickly connect with her and trust her. She loves treating her clients with extra TLC, as she would want to be treated.
Outside of work, Jessica leads an active lifestyle in her Carmel Valley community with her husband and daughter, enjoying tennis, gardening, and the beach.

Pamela Santos, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Pamela joins Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic with 7 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy and Gastrointestinal field. As much as Pamela enjoys the intimate work she performs at the hospital, she knew her passion for aesthetics combined with the genuine care she provides for her patients could go beyond the hospital walls.
Pamela first began her Medical Aesthetic career back in 2014 with a successful laser hair removal practice. At the time, life had taken her in a different direction and the aesthetic industry was not right for her, right then. Pamela continued to stay up to date on the advancements in the Aesthetic industry and knew it was only a matter of time before she returned. When the opportunity to work at Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic presented itself, Pamela knew this was her moment.
Pamela works closely with our clinical team to perform a wide range of laser and light based treatments. She has attended local and out of state seminars to advance quickly in her field, and is currently mastering our suite of injectable treatments under the watchful eye of our Clinical Director, Dr. Mary Anne Fuchs.

In her downtime Pamela enjoys hiking, cooking and is thrilled when someone shares a new cooking recipe with her. She is always up for a new adventure and if it includes trying new foods in an exotic location, count her in!
Rossana Bosi-Kemper
Injectable Assistant
With an extensive background in education and a passion for health and wellness, Rossana was hand selected by Dr. Mary Anne Fuchs to be her right-hand woman in the treatment room, assisting with all scopes of practice that keep our patients looking and feeling their very best.
Rossana has worked in the Medical Field for nearly a decade. She has cared for patients in Family Practice, Urology and Pediatrics. Rossana has always had a strong desire to work in the Medical Aesthetics field as she loves to see firsthand the positive changes natural enhancements can have on one’s self-esteem. When Rossana met Dr. Fuchs, it was mutual love at first sight. She knew she found her home at Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic.
In her spare time, you will find Rossana enjoying life with her husband of 28 years and her two beautiful daughters. She is an animal lover so it’s no surprise she loves to spoil her two rescue pups with long walks and homemade Italian food.

Victoria Rodriguez
Lead Medical Aesthetician
Victoria brings energy and warmth to Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic. She has been a licensed Aesthetician for three years, graduating from the prestigious Bellus Academy in Advanced Aesthetics. Along with being a provider, Victoria also works at the front desk greeting our clients, and ensuring they have a first-class experience from the moment they step foot into the spa.
Victoria is passionate about the health and beauty industry and believes that everyone deserves to look and feel their best. She enjoys consulting and educating her clients ahead of each treatment and believes that keeping things simple with proper skincare and facials are the foundation for healthy skin. Her go to treatment is the DiamondGlow Facial and she cannot live without her Gentle Cleanser and Ultra Nourishing Moisturizer from Alastin.
“What I really enjoy is building a rapport with our clients. Greeting them by their name when they walk in the door and knowing what is happening in their lives. They become my family and I want them to feel that energy whenever they are with me.”
In her downtime Victoria loves to get outdoors; hiking with her four-year-old German Shepard is a weekend must!
Chelsea Boulter
Medical Aesthetician & Skincare Specialist
Chelsea firmly believes proper skin health has the ability to change an individual’s life. With the right tools and education, Chelsea provides confidence and gives her patients the knowledge to gain back control of their skin. Her goal is to empower her patients to seek out education to protect, condition, and soothe their skin as a proactive measure rather than reactive care.
Chelsea has worked in the aesthetic industry for nearly two decades; working at small boutique spas and even taking on lead roles at some of the largest medical spas in Southern California. She feels lucky to call herself a dedicated, passionate, and curious Licensed Aesthetician. With her passion for corrective skincare, her love for making people feel like their best selves, and her dedication to educate, Chelsea knew Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic was the right fit for her. She has worked closely with Dr. Mary Anne Fuchs to develop new protocols in our facial department, while advancing our menu of services for patients.
In her downtime Chelsea is hard at work renovating her home. She enjoys time with her husband and daughter, who is a committed softball player.

Kristi Moaveni
Clinic Manager
Kristie’s background in customer service and project management has prepared her well to manage our daily operations. Kristie graciously welcomes clients to Del Mar Aesthetic and handles everything needed to ensure a warm and pleasant experience. She’s knowledgeable about our treatments and takes the time to discuss upcoming procedures, ensuring that clients feel comfortable. You can count on Kristie to follow-up after your treatment as well and is the go-to-person for any post-treatment information. From managing rewards and authorizations to payments, Kristie handles it all and new challenges, with great attention to detail and enthusiasm.
Kristie is a devoted wife and mom of two little girls whom she adores. Just don’t get in between her and anything to do with the Kansas City Chiefs!

Diana Rendon
Clinic Administrator
Since a young age, Diana has enjoyed helping people see the positive in themselves. That is why she chose a career in Medical Administration and enjoyed a thriving career in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for over 20 years. Diana was a key member of the Scripps Administrative team before deciding to hang up her corporate hat and share her passion for beauty and aesthetics with our Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic family.
Diana strives to make Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic a sanctuary for every patient that walks through the door. She is well versed in a wide variety of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, and goes out of her way to make herself available for our clients needs. She leads by example, and believes that if you love what you do, it will reflect in your work.
You will find Diana managing our front office with a sense of calm and a beautiful smile on her face. She has played a key role in growing our community involvement and keeps us all up to date on the latest and greatest trends in the industry.

Joanna Failla
Front Office Coordinator
Joanna comes to us with over 5 years of experience in customer service. She has found her niche in Medical Aesthetics and is happy to assist our DMAC patients in any way she can. Joanna is the first person you meet when entering our office and strives to make your experience one to remember.
Joanna arrived in San Diego, via Houston, Texas a little over 5 years ago. She brings her southern charm to her role at Del Mar Aesthetic which results in better experiences for both our patients and team.
Since working alongside Dr. Mary Anne Fuchs, and our entire DMAC team, Joanna has seen firsthand the positive changes that come with a natural approach to facial aesthetics. She enjoys talking to clients about the effects of Botox and Filler and how when done “right” can create a beautiful outcome that boosts confidence. Joanna is also the first to recommend a proper retinol to our patients to complement their nightly routine. Her favorite? SkinMedica of course!
In her downtime you will find Joanna volunteering at her favorite horse sanctuary. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys the quality time she can give to those shelters, and animals in need.
